You can choose from a wide variety of experiences to suit your interests. On the detailed page of each experience, you will find detailed information on the content, date, time, and meeting place of the experience.

Application for experience

To apply, please use the application form at the bottom of each experience page. Please fill in the required information and press the submit button.

After your application, you will receive an auto-reply e-mail. If you do not receive an auto-reply e-mail, please apply again or contact us by phone.

Determination of dates

After receiving your application, we will contact you to see if your preferred date and time are available.

If your requested date and time is available

Your application will be completed.

If your requested date and time is not available

We will arrange another date.

Your application will be completed upon completion of the adjustment.

If you have not heard from us within 3 days of your application, please contact us again or call us.

To change or cancel your application, please use the application form on each experience page or contact us by phone.

Cancellation Policy

  • Same-day cancellation: Full cancellation fee will be charged.
  • No Show: Full cancellation fee will be charged.

Prepare and check your belongings.

Preparation for each experience varies. Please be sure to check the details page of each experience.

Go to the meeting place on the day

On the day of the experience, please arrive at the meeting place by the meeting time. We will contact you about the meeting place after your application.

Pay the fee

Please pay the experience fee on site on the day of your visit. In principle, payment is made in cash only.
