This Site provides information about experiences and tours in Minobu, Japan, and provides a platform for you to submit inquiries and requests for these services. Please note that our company, Temples' Wisdom LLC, operates this Site for informational and introductory purposes. The actual planning, arrangement, and execution of travel services are conducted by a licensed travel agency, Houdini Inc.

2. Bookings and Travel Contracts

When you submit a request through the contact form on this Site, you are making an inquiry for a travel service. A travel contract is not formed at this stage. A formal travel contract is concluded only when you have completed the booking procedures stipulated by our travel partner, Houdini Inc. (Yamanashi Governor Registered Travel Agency No. 3-309), and a contract is established directly between you and Houdini Inc. All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of Houdini Inc.

3. Prohibited Conduct

In using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights (including copyrights) of us or any third party.
  • Provide false information.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site.
  • Engage in any other activity that we deem inappropriate.
